When not in use, we recommend leaving the louvres slightly open to allow wind to pass through freely. Closed louvres can act like an umbrella, catching gusts of air. Letting the breeze flow naturally helps protect the structure during windy conditions.

Material Care

Each pergola is crafted from powder-coated, rust-resistant aluminium, ensuring a long-lasting matte finish that stays sleek and modern. If you live near the coast, simply rinse your pergola occasionally with fresh water to remove any salt residue and prevent surface wear.

Rain & Drainage

During rainfall, the roof system channels water through discreet internal gutters and down the columns for clean, seamless runoff. Please note that in very heavy or prolonged rain, a small amount of water may pass through the louvres — this is completely normal for bioclimatic roof systems.

Routine Cleaning

Wipe surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent as needed.
Use a gentle hose setting to remove dust or dirt.
Keep drainage channels clear of leaves and debris to maintain smooth water flow.
